There is a lot of talk out there about the “new Normal” and a lot of thinking about change in a post Covid19 World. At TCMP we think there is nothing “normal” about what is ahead of us, nor should there be – It’s not a “new normal”- it’s a new reality. There is nothing “normal” about the future we face and to normalise what is happening is to miss a wonderful opportunity to create a working space where people can truly find meaning and make a genuine contribution to the workplace.
As we return to the workplace and our communities, we have an opportunity to re-imagine how we want to those places to be. This opportunity may not come again for a long time or may come too quickly if we don’t rise to this occasion.

For a long time TCMP have been encouraging leaders to change the way they think about leading change and developing people. Indeed, the more we hear about leaders “driving change” the more we despair! The “illusion” of “driving change” is just that an illusion! In reality we are driving people to disengage, to exhaustion, to grandiosity and to a whole host of bad behaviours that we spend an awful lot of time trying to fix. For the last 15 years June Duffy has been working with leaders from a range of organisational settings to really help them deepen their self-awareness and their capacity to connect with others in authentic, meaningful and motivational ways that truly engages others – we have now taken this offering online and have designed an Executive coaching package that will support leaders over the next 12 months.
We are offering a coaching experience that will equip leaders to show up in a new way and to connect in a deeper way with employees for a more resonant experience.
Drawing on the worlds of applied psychology, neuropsychology, attachment theory and change theory this experience will help Leaders to:
Deepen their awareness of their way of connecting and engaging in the world and assess how this fit with what is required of leaders now – what are the eroding, enduring and emerging behaviour they need to operate in this new reality
Understand both their conscious and unconscious patterns of relating and help them broaden their response range and their capacity to connect with others in more meaningful ways
Respond to and manage the range of reactions they will encounter from employees and stakeholders as the world place “reopens” – and to consider the 5 conversations they need to have with employees
Re-imagine the kind of work place they want to create and ensure they create the conditions to nurture this kind of workplace
Develop the key mindsets to keep a future perspective and strategic focus alive and attuned in a dynamic and uncertain world
This is a flexible Coaching Programme to suit the way leaders need to work now. We have two offerings consisting of 10 or 20 hours coaching – available over a period of 6 – 12 months.
