Hi! I’m June
I’m the founder and managing partner of The Coaching and Mentoring Partnership, and I’ve spent over 25 years helping managers and leaders unlock their potential, grow with confidence, and make a real difference in their organizations.
My path here has been shaped by a love of psychology and a deep curiosity about people. Having grown up in a family business, I developed a real service orientation, a passion for innovation and creativity and a deep interest in how people grow and develop.
My credentials
I studied Psychology at UCD, but went on to complete a Masters in Social and Organisational Psychology, and later a Masters in Organisational Change at the Tavistock Institute in London.
Before setting up my own consultancy, I held roles with global companies including ICL, BP Oil Ireland and the Tavistock Institute in London.
I was HR Director at Statoil Ireland Limited, and was part of the team that launched Statoil in Ireland.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with leading organizations across both the private and public sectors.
My clients include companies such as Accenture, Beaumont Hospital, Irish Life, Deloitte, Microsoft, NTMA, ESB, the Central Bank of Ireland, and many others across finance, technology, healthcare, and professional services.

No matter the industry—finance, healthcare, technology, or professional services—what excites me most is seeing leaders step into their potential and create lasting, positive change.
My coaching style is personal and supportive, but also honest and challenging. I believe the best growth happens when we balance encouragement with the courage to look at our blind spots and the curiosity to explore new territory. Every coaching journey I design is unique, tailored to the individual, because real transformation is never one-size-fits-all.
I’m proud to be a Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Association for Coaching. I am a trained psychotherapist from the Tivoli Institute and am a NLP Master practitioner.
