The Coaching and Mentoring Partnership’s Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching is a rigorous, 9 month experiential programme designed to equip participants with the advanced knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional coaching results for their clients and their organisations.
Currently running our 28 Diploma - this 14-day, practice-focused programme provides a deep experiential learning journey that blends evidence-based theory with real-world application. The next cohort commences in September 2026.

The venue for the September 2026 day programme is the Royal Marine Hotel Dun Laoghaire. The 14 day programme runs over an 9 month period commencing October 2026.
